• Saturday 5th July 2008.   Old Coulsdon Rotary Fair was once again  held on Grange Park, Old Coulsdon .  As usual together with a host of new stalls, OCRA was  present showing some of the activities undertaken by the association on your behalf. Do come along next year and make the next fair the success it has been in past years.  Something for everyone.

• Old Coulsdon in Bloom Competition

  You must enter to win it, so pick up your spades, trowels, compost etc and get digging for a brighter village. Remember also that seeds, compost, fertilisers etc can be obtained from the Horticultural Society hut any Sunday during the gardening season at discount prices. (10.00 am to 12.00 Noon) You may not have won in 2008 but you can always try again next year.

Friday 15th August 2008.

Pop into the Congregational Church to find out more about the Church Downland Village Holiday Club at their special Open Evening. Everyone welcome. The evening starts at 7:30pm.

Thursday 21st August 2008.

Take the children on Family Fun Morning at Happy Valley.  Meet the sheep, enjoy a minibeast safari and learn lots.  The event is being run by the Old Surrey Downs project. Meet at 10:00am at the car park on the top of Farthing Downs or ring 01737-733933 for further information.
