OCRA PLANNING

One of OCRA's roles is to monitor and examine planning applications in our area. OCRA vets planning applications and comments where necessary to help ensure that developments and extensions are in keeping with the character of Old Coulsdon. We are able to input our opinion on behalf of local residents about the suitability of developments. In general we are aware of the need for more affordable housing in our area but we do not want to see over-development of back gardens by developers with little consideration of the impact on the local community.

Planning can be complex but OCRA can help you. For an informal chat about a planning problem, you can contact our Planning Officer. Don't forget to give your name, address and phone number and the Planning Application that is being referred to.

Planning Applications for the Old Coulsdon area can be found on Croydon Councils'

Public Access Planning Register.

The best way to see all Old Coulsdon applications is to search for Current applications using

the post code  CR5.  The exception to this is Old Fox Close ( which is CR3)

Currently OCRA comment on all local applications on the OCR Facebook page where our posts

get up to 2500 views.  There is a lack of resource to update here currently but we hope to remedy this soon.

Planning Questionnaire to local Residents.

The Planning Report that was produced from this can be seen on this link below.
